At MOEG., we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not offer general returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size.

Please choose your size carefully before placing your order and refer to the size guide provided on the product page.

However, your statutory consumer rights under South African law remain unaffected.

1. Wrong Size / Change of Mind

Please choose your size carefully when ordering.

MOEG. does not offer voluntary size exchanges or returns because of an incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference, at this stage, except where a return or cancellation is required by applicable South African law.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or does not meet the required quality standards, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, qualifying defective goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of the Act. Where applicable, the consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

To report a faulty item, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Your name
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage
• Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide instructions for the return where necessary.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item received. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Online Cancellation Rights

Certain online purchases are subject to cancellation rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

Where the statutory cooling-off provisions apply, a consumer may have the right to cancel the transaction within seven days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty, subject to the Act. The direct cost of returning the goods may be payable by the consumer.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Except where required by law, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrectly selected sizes
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or care
• Items damaged through misuse

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where a refund is required by applicable South African law, it will be processed within the period prescribed by that law.

7. Return Shipping

For a qualifying faulty, defective or incorrect item, MOEG. will provide appropriate instructions regarding the return.

Where South African consumer law requires the supplier to bear the cost or risk of returning qualifying defective goods, those rights will apply.

For an ordinary change-of-mind or size-related return where the law permits such a return, the direct cost of returning the goods may be the customer's responsibility.

We want to keep things simple:

Check your size. Order what you love. Wear it until you're MOEG.

If something is genuinely wrong with your order, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it in accordance with this policy and applicable South African consumer law.
